The Blisspod Venetian Series, 3-person sauna is a full-spectrum, Infrared Sauna. Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near-, mid-, and far-infrared. With the addition of near- and mid-infrared, you will get the maximum benefit from your Blisspod sauna. 

Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength & is absorbed just below the skin's surface, creating a sweat that promotes healing & revitalization. Mid-infrared light has a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue, increasing circulation and releasing oxygen to reach injured areas.
